All modern vehicles are equipped with NOx (nitrogen oxide) sensors to analyse the emissions, making sure they are within legal limits.

If the NOx sensor fails, your dashboard will light up, letting you know something is wrong, our workshop in ORMSKIRK we have the dealer-level technology to read the error codes and establish if it is indeed the NOx sensor that has failed.

It’s not difficult to repair a NOx sensor, but can be expensive. However, there is the option of using a recon sensor which will reduce costs and works as well as a new one,. It may also be the case that part of the NOx sensor, called the Lambda probe, simply may need replacing which is much cheaper.
